From Karl Tschümperlin to Pavel Würth
“Karl (Tschümperlin) decided to retire at the beginning of this season, after the race Linares – Jaen. At this exact time, Pavel (Würth) achieved one of the most promising result in his young career. He achieved the 4th place in Linares – Jaen, a third division race” explained Oscar Camenzind, the manager. “Being supported by one of my idol was a waking dream” said Pavel Würth. “He was 25 years old while Karl was 36, a handover of power between two generations” added the manager. “From season 25 to 28, being able to help the team race from division 9 to 3, was delightful, I want to thank to whole team for this fantastic time” stated Karl Tschümperlin.
Markus Kogler and Max Schenck
“Markus (Kogler) and Max (Schenck) also joined us recently. Markus was thought an alterna-tive leader and a great team mate. Unfortunately, he wasn’t given the chance to express his full potential this season. Max could make a decent team mate, we trained him and allow him to gather experience. He could replace Ralph Richter in the future” described Oscar Camenzind. “I knew that I would be given very few opportunities this year, I need to be pa-tient, do my job as a team mate and eventually the chance will come” said Markus Kogler. “Having the chance to ride in a divison 4 all the season, with very experienced and talented riders is great! “stated Max Schenck. The manager explained that it is part of the team’s phi-losophy to allow young regional riders to rub shoulders with more experienced riders in com-petitive races. “Switzerland is a small country, it is also our role to help young riders bloom, even if it is not economically the most efficient move” added the manager.

hehe No i gave up, no good riders. And switched from a dutch to VN team so didn't start with a good Vietnamese rider either
Yes, I am NT manager, and you ? It is not that easy for small nations !
(Love the profile of Dennis Douwes, nice catch!)
True, my trainee is why your PR caught my eye. But you found that out already i guess hehe. You should do whats most fun, i shouldn't have trained Zoetemelk either, but was lucky there hehe. Are you NT manager as well ?
Unfortunately not, a good team mate at best. I know I shouldn't spend money on him, but I also know that I shouldn't care about the nationality. But this is more fun... at least in my head !
Good luck, Is Schenck potential captain material ?
